Rates

		Overview
		Rates will not exceed standard market rates and will be negotiated as per contract basis.
		Ad hoc projects would depend on complexity and timeframe deadlines with fixed costs and /or the normal charge out rates
		Maintenance and System administration rates are negotiated depending on contract length and relationship with the Client
